Which organisations are participating?

The Devon and Cornwall Care Record brings together patient data from a number of health and care organisations and presents it as a single record.

Initially, some organisations will contribute and use data (including GP practices, acute hospitals and social care providers), while others will just use data – for example, care homes, South West Ambulance Service and third-sector pharmacies.

This page provides a list of the specific organisations that are participating.

However, if you’d like to find out for certain if your health or social care provider is participating, it’s best to check directly with them. That’s because organisations are joining the programme every day and we can’t guarantee they’ve been added to this list.

You can usually find out by looking at the privacy notice on your provider’s website but, if not, contact them directly.
